Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping and handling charges for your order are set at a flat of $9.95.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-9 business days.
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Shipping Delays
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are subject to change due to factors outside of our control, including weather, carrier delays, and busy processing times. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping courier.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen once they have been confirmed as delivered by the courier.
